We want you to be delighted with your Ted Baker purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ted Baker labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old stamps or barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
